Since 2021, Andoo has worked on hundreds of IPO projects, providing verification automation. MarkUP, the all-in-one contract assistant launched in 2024, serves more than 100,000 legal professionals as well as large enterprises including financial institutions. Andoo's shareholders include Yingdong Capital and Baidu Ventures.
